We are extremely excited to announce that Timothy Sullivan, Founder of UrbanSake.com and Brand Ambassador for Hakkaisan Brewery, will be visiting Denver to host a 5-course paired Sake dinner at Mizu Izakaya! Throughout the evening Timothy will taste and educate guests on Hakkaisan Tokubetsu Honjozo, Tokubetsu Junmai, Junmai Ginjo, Snow Aged Junmai Ginjo (Aged 3yrs), Kijoshu along with a special product Timothy will be bringing exclusively for this event!

Each sake will be expertly paired with cuisine specially prepared by the chefs at Mizu Izakaya. While the food menu is set, please make note during your ticket purchase if you have any allergies that we can accommodate.

We gladly welcome anyone with a passion or interest in sake to join us for this beautiful pairing where we can celebrate the fine craftsmanship of Hakkaisan along with the Izakaya masters at Mizu!
